Hi all,  

welcome to our new update! This time we have put together a video to show you a demo of the smart radiator valves. Our awesome Chief Technology Officer, Taimur Khan, explains how to set the temperature using the newest version of the Novo Go app.

Following this line, we also thought it was a good idea to share with you our most up to date Novo Go app demo video so you can see the on boarding process with some of the newest functionalities.

Hi all,
Welcome to our weekly update! 

First thing we want to talk about is this week trending topic, GDPR. As most of you will know there is an update to data protection laws which is enforced from today. This means organisations have more responsibility to ensure your information is kept safe and you have clear access and knowledge about the information held about you. This way you are easily able to adapt/change any information held and also can request your information is deleted immediately. You can read our updated policy on our website or by clicking here.

As many of you have noticed, this week we sent some reminders for those who haven’t completed the survey yet. Please, make sure that by Thursday the 31st of May you have completed your survey and if you need a hand just drop us a line on [email protected].

For all backers who ordered Climair, we will start shipping them at the end of next week. We’ll keep you posted. If any of you wants to add our awesome AC controller to their pledge, now is the time! 

Finally, as we mentioned on our two weeks ago update, we will close the surveys and charge your cards on the 1st of June. Please, make sure that everything is ready for that moment. You will be able to still make pre-orders after that date.

Hi all!

Hope you are having a great week. Here at Novo we continue working hard, testing and progressing. It's been an extremely busy week but we're happy and extremely confident about how things are going. 

For product development this week, we'd like to share with you our most up to date  Novo Go app demo video, we hope you like it as much as we do. We’re planning on doing several more of these, so if there’s anything you’d like to see or ask, please just post in the Kickstarter comments.

Hi all,

Welcome to our weekly update. Hope you all had a great bank holiday.

First update for all our backerkit backers, we’re planning to charge your cards by the end of this month. You don’t need to worry now as we will continue updating you on the exact date so you can have everything ready (card details, funding…) when the moment arrives.

Regarding production everything is coming together and we want to show you an upgraded test set up. It’s like a mini house and we can make sure that everything and every function is working perfectly. Also includes cooling so we can test heating even during summer months.

As mentioned in our previous update we are showing a picture of our new SuperHub Squared.

Finally, for all backers who purchased Climair we will start shipping after the 28th of May.

Hi all,

A very quick update this Friday, work is progressing so we thought about giving you an update to answer some of your questions.

First of all, the integration of third party devices, we’re currently working on Nest and Alexa integration. Progress is good and it would be available by the time we ship the devices to you. Next in the pipeline is HomeKit and Google Home. We are hoping these would be completed before shipments as well but we would give you a more accurate update in the weeks to come.

Good news is that next week we will be able to show you some pictures of SuperHub Squared- SuperHubV2.

Finally a bit of clarification on backerkit preorders, all the devices will be shipped by the end of September.

We'll continue to provide updates, photographs and keep everyone up to date. Any specific requests, please let us know.
